My name is Cec�lia, and I am fifteen years old. This story is about how I realised the power of The Secret.

In October 2004, my parents and I were going to the church to see a simple celebration. The church, I noticed, was next to the school I wanted to study at. It was the best private school in the city. But I couldn’t study there because I hadn’t enough money to pay monthly. However, that day I saw something that made me surprised. The school would do a test to give some scholarships. I made some calls, but I found out those scholarships weren’t to students in my school year. Despite that, I went ahead and I believed I could get that scholarship. I believed it every day. I said prayers every night. So, working hard and studying a lot, I got the scholarship. The next year, 2005, I was studying at the school that I wanted.

After that, my school did a championship to give to five students a travel without costs. We needed to sell raffle tickets, and the ones who sold more than the others, would win. I didn’t sell anything, but I believed that I could win, and the school gave me the travel due to my good grades. I REALLY won!

That isn’t all. Last year my best friend showed me The Secret, and I realised that I was LIVING The Secret without knowing it. I realised that I could get those things just because I BELIEVED I could.

At the beginning of this year I was looking to study English, but I couldn’t pay a good school. Then, knowing The Secret, I believed that I would get another scholarship. And, some weeks later, I got one at the best English school of the city. Since May, I have studied English. I make some mistakes, but I am studying it only for nearly eight months!

Now I am looking for a scholarship in Wales, U.K. It is the biggest dream of my life. I really want it and I believe I can get it. Nearly five people in my country will get this scholarship, and I will be one of these. However, some days I doubt. It is difficult to believe when some people say that I won’t get it. But, at the same time, I remember all the things I’ve got at this time, and I know that this is in my hands.

I believe. I believe. I believe. Now I want you to believe too. Don’t let people say you can’t get anything, because it is a lie. You can get all that you want. You just need to BELIEVE. All is possible!
