After reading a few of the stories on here, I thought I would share mine as well:

6 years ago when I was 11, I saw a maltese puppy at a pet store that I absolutely fell in love with. She was so tiny, and adorable. Of course, being a little girl, I begged endlessly for my mother to buy her. However, her price was $1,100.

My mother told me no, but suggested I ask my father for his answer. Of course, he said no as well. After a few days had passed, we went to the same mall that the pet store was also in. Since we were there, we decided to stop in to see the dog. I was devastated to see that the Maltese had been sold, and was no longer there. I was very upset.

Once we got home, my mother suggested I find a picture of a Maltese on the computer, print it, and tape it to my mirror on my dresser. She told me to pretend that it was my dog, and that eventually I would find one that looked like her with a smaller price tag.

The following day I was looking on a website similar to Craigslist for Maltese dogs in the area that were for sale. At the top of the list, I saw a Maltese for sale that looked nearly identical to the one in the picture I had posted on my dresser mirror.

Her price was $400, seven-hundred dollars cheaper than the dog at the pet store. I was amazed at how she looked so similar to the one in the picture, and how fast I found her.

By the end of the day, my father and I went to the home of the woman who owned her, and we were able to purchase her and bring her home. I named her Zoey, and I still have her today. As a matter of fact, shes sitting on my lap as I type this. 🙂

The Secret really does work. Hell, I was using it at that time and had no idea!
