Make up any game you can that will stop your thoughts of lack. Each time you see something you want, transmit your shopping list to the Universe by thinking; “I love that! Universe, add it to my list.”.

That was the challenge of the game posted on The Secret Facebook page to think more about abundance and prosperity than the thought of lack.

It was the EDSA or “People’s Power Revolution Holiday” on a Thursday, 25th February 2021. In fact, it was a long holiday after Cebu City’s Chartered Day. My best friend Kawi and I had the same thought of going out that day to have a change of scenery and to do a road trip. I wanted to go uphill to Busay to feel the beauty of nature and to enjoy the cool breeze.

We did not have any particular destination until we passed by Serenity Farm and Resort, which I had been attracted to since December of the last year. I had heard some wonderful stories from my housemate that made me deeply excited to visit for the first time. Since it was a holiday, a lot of guests came by to visit, to take pictures, and to dine out.

Oh, by the way, I enjoyed the golf car ride up and down the hill from the ample parking space to Serenity Mountain Cafè. I enjoyed the wondrous moment with the pie, the panoramic view, and the glorious sunset which I considered an Instagrammable place to visit as part of my #BucketList2021.

I super love the place, so I asked the Universe multiple times to add it to my ‘Shopping List’ while Kawi was preoccupied with taking photos of me for documentary purposes.

I shared the story online on Facebook as well as on Instagram. Waallaah! The Universe made my wish come true! My wish list in the shopping cart has manifested 4 days later! The Divine conspired people, events, and things to deliver what I wanted and desired. The Serenity Busay, 8 room house number 2, with the infinity pool overlooking the Instagrammable, picturesque view of mother nature, worth PhP22,000 for a big group of 16 guests, was delivered to me! Each room has its own shower room, toilet, tables and chairs, and a double-size bed. The whole house has a living area, dining area, entertainment area, and kitchen.

It was a magical experience that I will always treasure. It’s a sign that magic does exist and dreams really come true when you believe it with all of your heart, soul, and spirit.

P.S. I really don’t know why, but I was already dressed up, feeling beautiful and sexy. Then out of the blue, without any notice, I fell onto the dusty, rocky ground outside the house. I got bruises and cuts on both of my knees and on my right hand. My electric pleated square pant was damaged. Just like in any show, as a film actor myself, I just knew that the show must go on, and the rest is history!!!
