I’m a firm believer of LOA and since I’ve started applying “The Secret” in my life, it is no more the same story, in fact my life has taken a 180* turn. Infact, thank you is also not enough to show my gratitude to Rhonda and the entire Secret team.

I started reading “The Secret” 6 months back when my life was completely disturbed and I was in great depression. Initially I started applying it on small things like cakes, chocolates, coffee etc. And when it started showing results, I got the idea to apply it in my day to day life. I got the results always that I wished for, sooner or later, but in relationships, it was not showing any effects.

Then again, one day when I was just watching “The Secret” DVD while doing some work, Lisa Nichols attracted my attention. In the relationship part, she has explained that first we should see our beauty before expecting others to define us. Before that, I never used to admire myself, in fact I had an inferiority complex regarding my looks and my personality. As a result, I had very few friends till then. However, I could never relate it and it was really a bitter pill to swallow accepting that all the loneliness I have in life is because of my own thoughts.

But as they say, “so what?” I just had to find ways to change the situation and I did it just by shifting my thoughts. I began to start my day with gratitude. Everyday I used to say “thank you” after getting up, I used to give a bright smile to myself while looking in the mirror and I started appreciating every minute thing of myself. Initially it was a bit difficult, but gradually it became a habit and now I love myself more than anybody. Now I know to admire myself for all the little and big things I do. And believe me, my life has changed miraculously. I get more occasions to celebrate and feel happy, my relations with my family members have improved a lot and I have many more friends than I ever had. People like to talk to me and appreciate me.

This all happened once I learnt to love and appreciate myself. And as it is said in “The Secret”, the only person responsible for your joy and bliss is YOU. With “Love” & “Gratitude”, every situation can be changed and all negative things can give positive results if we can just adhere to our belief.

I hope my little sharing can help someone to move forward in life and change the difficulties in opportunities. :))))
