I Failed The Exam Twice.
Submitted by: H. Chuchboo
I am a 23 year old girl creating my life through The Secret.
I would like to express my gratitude to The Secret team and all the people out there who share their stories here. They inspired me through my journey!
My story starts when I first saw The Secret DVD at home a few years ago and I watched it several times to grasp the concept. It worked a couple of times but I lost confidence after life became a bit harder.
I was in law school at the time when I decided I wanted to enroll for accounting exams which would make me more marketable in the commercial law field. I could not afford the fee to take classes, so I decided to read by myself and take the exam. I had never really been good with math so you can imagine my struggle to read financial concepts on my own.
I was scared of the exam and it was a hard paper. I failed. I decided to do the exam again, and I failed. The exams are taken every six months so after the year, I decided to seat the exam again but the night before, I got so scared that I backed out of doing it. I did not do it the next time either.
In the meantime, I graduated from law school and was very happy. So I decided to sit the accounting exam one last time before I gave up on it. This time I visualized passing the exam. I smiled when I read and got a friend to tutor me and help support me. The exam came and oh gosh, it was just as difficult as the rest. I could only understand and calculate two questions out of the six questions and I lost hope of passing. But then I remembered The Secret “where there is no way, a way will be made”. “Everything is possible”.
So while I waited for my results, I visualized telling my mum I had finally passed, I thanked the universe for my pass, I even drafted this story on my tablet days before the results came out as a sign of faith that I will pass regardless of how I actually did in the exam. I felt that this is the reality I wanted.
And the universe had granted me my wish. I completely believed that I had passed.
The results came out today.
Guess what?
I passed!
