When I first watched The Secret, it was in 2011. My sister gave me the DVD as a Christmas present. I watched it and began to apply it to my life.

Everything was great, and then I had a setback. When I overcame it, I started applying The Secret to my life again, and I manifested what I thought was the man of my dreams. I moved from New York to Georgia and gave everything up, including my own childhood home. It turned out to be a true nightmare; I genuinely believe he was only put in my life to get me from Plan A to Plan B. I think that some people are placed in your life for a lesson or a blessing, and he was my lesson, and that was five years ago.

I have been going through so much in my life, but today is the day for me to start applying what I have learned from The Secret to my life again so that I can become who I know I AM.
