The time I set aside to get comfy and read The Secret is like my love for chocolates…it’s a real treat!

When I was 21 I was completely in love with the actor Kevin Spacey. Over the span of 3 weeks, he was all I thought about, talked about, and when I did I feel happy, thinking of him felt real. I was never a fan that would search the internet about him etc, I just fantasized about him.

I was living in Australia at the time, and out of the blue, a friend of mine put me in contact with a friend of hers who was an air hostess and was in Melbourne for the weekend and who didn’t want to be alone. So this girl, whom I didn’t know, invited me for the weekend to stay in this swish hotel.

We were getting ready to go out for dinner, and to my surprise when we entered the elevator, there was Kevin Spacey!

Of course, I couldn’t get my foot out of my mouth to formulate a hello. He was in Australia to promote a film he directed called Albino Alligator, which I had absolutely no idea about!

That was an experience that marked me for a long time until I eventually forgot about it and Kevin Spacey, until I started reading The Secret and understood that if you simply believe (even innocently), and really FEEL the things you truly want, it happens. And the how it’s going to happen or happened doesn’t matter in the end, does it?

So thank you for this book as I renew my experience with The Secret!
