I just wanted to say thank you to Rhonda and all the creators of the Secret, who have truly helped me along the way. Because of the secret, I have reached new heights and explored new territories I never thought possible.
I was born as a drug abused child, who was adopted at the age of five to a single mother, who struggled for a while. But even during that struggle she managed to put me in in the top schools in Los Angeles all the way from elementary to high school and now college.
I had always wanted to be a fashion designer as a little girl and I kept telling myself that from day one. Throughout my years in high school and on, my fashion skills just kept improving and people would notice. I received many awards and praise and made lots of connections.
No matter what anyone told me about my dream for becoming the greatest fashion designer, I kept working towards it. I kept telling myself, I am great, I am great, I am the best.
I am now attend one of the top art schools in the country because of my faith and courage.
My family always struggled when it came to the hard picture with money, but in terms of faith, hope and belief, nothing was impossible, because everything is possible.
My mom always told me to pray and just keep thanking god that I have everything I want, whether it was a phone or a brand new sewing machine.
Now I use The Secret in my everyday life, I write gratitude lists everyday and watch The Secret tools everyday. Whenever a negative situation comes along I accept it and only see the positive within it. I have improved my relationships and I have come to realize who my true friends are and when it came to romance, I keep believing that he is the one for me, because my heart tells me so and not because other people tell me so. I think the key to The Secret is believing and telling yourself that seeing is believing and believing is seeing.
