In 1995 I was a full time student studying finance and worked 40 hours a week in Chicago. I was living pay-check to pay-check with a roommate. I was happy but not happy about where I was financially at 25 years of age. Growing up we never had a lot of money but I always dreamed about living downtown in a penthouse high-rise. At this point in my life I didn’t know how I was going to achieve this goal. One night, frustrated with my life I wrote down on a piece of paper: I am going to make $100,000 by the time I am 30yrs old.

I thought, once I graduate I’ll get a great job then start my own business. This was even before The Secret Book came out.

Low and behold, a few months later I met the man of my dreams, I was 26yrs old. He had a new condo, new Saab and best of all a good heart. After a few months he was laid off, nine months later his unemployment expired. I kept encouraging him to start his own business. He started his business and fast forwarding I quit my job six months later and joined him – we were millionaires after the first year. I surpassed my goal that I had written down when I was 25yrs old I was 28 and a millionaire. Since then we sold our company in 2006 and have now retired. We lived in a penthouse high-rise downtown in a beautiful 3500 sq foot duplex, right downtown Chicago with our beautiful young son. I couldn’t have been happier.

I am still relatively young so I decided to open up a “franchise” restaurant because I didn’t like staying home all day. I wanted to get out there and create jobs and it is now my goal to make my franchise the most successful in the history of the store.

Everything you have in your life now you have attracted and know that you can change your life, only you can do it, starting off by making small changes. I believe in the Law of Attraction and I practice it everyday. When the book came out I was STUNNED! I’ve been practicing The Secret most of my life and didn’t even know about it.
