I could fill a page with lots of small examples of how The Secret works. But this week was the best. I have always lived by the philosophy that happiness is a choice, so I have always been pretty happy and positive in general. The Secret, The Power and The Magic have kicked me into using that mentality to have wonderful things happen to me.

About 4 weeks ago I began saying ” I am going to get a bonus,thank you for the bonus.” And this week my boss announced to the office that we were all getting bonuses. Thank You!

My car has been in need of some major repair work, and estimates totaled $1200. To top that off, I got a notice from the DMV that it needs a new smog test, adding another $60 to the total. I used my bonus to take my car in for repairs and the dealership just called me and told me they fixed everything and some small issues in addition, and the grand total is $763!!! All week I have been reaffirming that my car was going to get fixed BETTER than I expected and for LESS than was quoted. I am so elated! Thank You!

To add more, my teenager has been struggling with sports injuries and poor grades. I gave her The Power to read, and her grades have taken a drastic turn for the better. Her injuries have recovered in record time and she is anticipating winning at all her sporting events!

During all of this my mother died. I was given a week’s notice that she was sick and would die. It was a sad time for my family but I kept thanking God for everything. I maintained a positive outlook and it ended up being a time for my siblings and I to grow closer. And I can rest in that belief that she is now pain free and living in God’s Kingdom.

Next, I am going to start working on my husband who lives in the world of negativity and thinks everyone is out to get him. I believe he is going to look at me one day soon and realize that he’s totally in love with me.
