I have always been on the heavier side in terms of my physique. I have tried everything from exercise, dancing, dieting, pills, fat burning lotions and you just name it, I would have tried it. These things helped a little but not for long. I was back to square one before I could rejoice.

I bought The Secret for someone I live with. I started reading it after noticing some changes in that person. I loved the book and went on reading The Power, The Magic and The Daily Teachings. I implemented it for a year and it changed my life, little by little.

However, I was still yet to achieve my ideal body and weight. Well, I was losing weight but not enough to feel satisfied. Not more than a month ago, my doctor told me that I have to reduce my weight and watch my eating habits. This time I had to do it. I knew that I have a dance performance coming up soon and it was overseas. I told myself that I was in my ideal body and weight at that time of the performance. Everyday I looked at a picture of this body that I have dreamed of having since a teenager. It was lean, toned, petite and solid. I looked at it with a lot of love, admiration and belief that it is mine.

Right now I am here about to perform in my show and guess what?

I am in my ideal body and weight! That’s right, a fit, lean and 48 kg body! I also have a big and huge smile on my face.

This feeling is just too much to be expressed by words. People around me look at me with a lot of admiration and wonder. WOW!!! WHAT A FEELING!
