Last year I was so depressed about my marriage and the lack of understanding between my wife and I that I had to get professional help. I had always been a spiritual person and knew about angels and prayer, but for whatever reason I had drifted away. I was stuck in the day to worrying about bills, appointments, and work. I was in jeopardy of losing my job and I couldn’t figure out why.

About one month later I purchased the movie “The Secret”. It opened my eyes to all the events of the past and what I will be in the future.

I was feeling much better. My marriage was falling apart but my life was getting back on track. I was reconnecting with the universe. One day about 7 months ago I contacted an old voice teacher and we got talking. He asked me to come and sing for him. He wanted to know if I still had my wonderful voice. I sang for him within three days. He was overwhelmed. He thought I sounded better than ever. He asked me if I wanted to get back in the business. I said yeah, but I wanted to be a star not a chorus singer. The next day at 7:30PM I received an urgent phone call from my friend saying don’t use your phone between 8 and 9 tonight there might be an important phone call. AT 8:15 I received a call from the universe that has transformed my life. An agent friend of his contacted me and wanted to know all about my singing and life. I didn’t know what to say so I was honest I had a few solo singing experiences but mostly chorus credits to my name. She asked why I wanted to be a soloist. I heard myself say these worlds but I don’t know why I said them. I said, “Because the world needs to hear my voice”. She asked me to send her all the information I could gather that would help her make up a resume. I did. Two days later I got an e-mail from a voice coach in Italy. “I am coming to Chicago to hear singers. I have heard that there is a great Tenor voice there is it you?” I responded, yes. He asked me to sing for him in two weeks. Here is the thing to remember, I have not changed any of my day-to-day habits everything is still difficult at home. Yet, thanks to the wisdom of the Secret, incredible things are happening behind my back. I sang for the Italian. He went crazy and insisted that I come to Italy to sing for his friends in the European Opera community. The agent called with in two weeks of talking to them on the phone and requested my presence at a closed audition in New York City for the agency. I HAVE STILL NOT PREPARED ANY AUDITION MUSIC. I said sure why not.

I have sung for the Italian three times since our first meeting and the agency once. I will be traveling to Italy for one month and the last I heard I’ll begin Opera Auditions in the fall. I have also purchased my dream car and seem to have enough money for what I need. Ten months ago I was a basket case. I was overwhelmed with debt, a bad relationship, a car that had over 150,000 miles on it, and a job that was in jeopardy. After learning the secret I am on track to conquer the word and realize every dream I ever had. My relationship is still stuck, but thanks to the Secret I realize now that my wife is not in the same reality as me. Maybe someday she will be, but I am not stepping back for her. I need to see how far I can go. NO LIMITATIONS. That’s my mantra.
Anyway that’s my story for now the Secret is an incredibly powerful tool to have at your disposal.
