I came to know about The Secret in 2008. At that time I got this book at the library, I tried to read it, but maybe I was not ready at that time for this content, so after reading a few pages, I put it aside. Then in 2010, again I got this book, accidentally in the free section of my clubhouse. I brought it home and tried to read it again, but, I think I was not yet ready for this.

In 2011, I was introduced to the world of AFFIRMATIONS. I started doing affirmations and one such day I went to the website of The Secret. I started reading it, the more I read it, the more I wanted it. It was in the first week of July,2011 that my desire to have this book in my possession became so intense that I used to dream about this book all time, but at the same time I did not want to spend $25 on this book. I used to keep looking at my library catalogue, so that whenever it is available, I will grab it.

On July 10, 2011, afternoon, I headed towards library, but on my way suddenly, I decided to visit Goodwill also. There, in book section, I saw a brand new The Secret book placed strategically on shelf with its cover up, as if somebody had kept it there for me and I did not even need to make an effort to look for the it among all the other books. The moment I saw the book in such a place, in such a way, I froze out of amazement, I could not move even to grab the book. Then my husband shook me and asked me to grab it. I was shivering from excitement, and tears rolled down my cheeks. I got a BRAND NEW BOOK for $1.50.

This book is my prized possession. No need to say, after reading this book, miracles are happening in my life one after another.
