I live in India, where at 15 years of age you have to give a certain exam which is called the Board Exams or simply the Boards. It is a pretty big deal about how high a mark you secure in this exam.

At the beginning of this academic year, many of my relatives told me to brace myself for the coming year as it was supposedly quite a hard one. I was perturbed at the start, but then I consoled myself that I knew The Secret and could easily pass the Boards with flying colors.

The whole year round the Universe inspired me to come up with a number of ideas to use as a part of the creative process. I made a Vision Board and put up a sheet on which I had written down the marks I expected to get in the exam, which was 92.03%.
I envisioned myself receiving the marksheet at the end of the year and seeing that it contained the marks that I had expected to score. I gave a heartfelt thank you to the universe every time I had the feeling.

All year round, I fluctuated from having utmost belief in The Secret to being so disheartened that I thought I was going to fail! But somehow, I managed to keep the belief alive the whole year and prepared myself for the Boards. During the Exams, every day before I left my home to go to answer the exam, I wrote down that I was grateful for the marks I was going to get in the particular subject.

And guess what??

I got 90.40% in the Boards!!!!

I was so happy and surprised that my euphoria lasted for almost 2 weeks! I offered my thanks to the universe with a strong feeling of pure gratitude that day.
