After watching “The Secret” I started almost immediately using some of the techniques, showing gratitude, being thankful, and envisioning things happening and how I would feel when they actually came true.

I had a few days before a ‘Hole in 1 Million Dollar Contest’ in my area, and one of my friends won a contest on the radio to have 1 hr of unlimited balls to shoot to qualify for the semi-finals. I had got 1 ball inside the 5ft circle surrounding the 150yrd flag, and my other 2 friends came close, but never got any in, so one of my friends who was not doing well at all decided to split the last 10 minutes between me and my other friend. Keep in mind the 3 days before this contest I was envisioning myself doing great in this contest, and I was grateful every day for the things I had. I pictured the ball going inside the 5ft circle and doing very well, but even I was not prepared for what happened next… it was the first ball I was hitting from the last ten minutes of the contest, and it was just like the universe aligned with my thoughts and BANG! I just got a hole in 1! My friends immediately started to believe in the Secret. I did not win anything for that hole in 1, but – I just got a hole in 1.
