I just wanted to write a story to encourage all those out there learning The Secret and who may have hit a bump or two or just need some words of inspiration.

I have been learning and practising The Secret now for 8 months and have managed to manifest everything I have wanted from a brand new car with no job or income, a business idea, love, clear eye sight, to small amounts of money and even millions of dollars and so much more, all in just 8 months.

The key I think is to be really clear about what you want first, hold the thought in your mind like an obsession without the negative emotions of worry and anxiety, visualise it as achieved and then relax and focus on being happy and feeling the way you would feel when you have received what you want.

For some of the things that I have manifested I had trouble at first feeling it, as they say, so I just walked myself through the receiving part and kept asking myself what I would feel when I received whatever it was, using my imagination. I always felt relief, joy, excitement, and a sense of accomplishment and just peace in my mind. I let myself feel that way over and over again until it felt real. You know that feeling when you get something you want so bad? So I have practised and practised that feeling for each of the things I have wanted until I felt it for real. Then I just focused on relaxing and being happy, doing things I enjoy like shopping, watching movies, even cleaning can be relaxing with some good music.

When things don’t seem to be going right and you may feel like you aren’t receiving, and things are going the other way, start saying ‘thank you’ for receiving whatever it is. Feeling grateful that the Universe is giving it to you, and feeling happy and calm, and watching as you hold that thought in your mind of what you want, the Universe literally moves people, circumstances and events, and you receive it like magic. Sometimes things can seem bad. When they do, always, the Universe is somehow bringing what you want to you.

I had times where I was in tears from fear of not being able to get it. At those moments I would do something to change how I was feeling, something fun, happy and enjoyable or inspiring and it would work. Then I would get back to believing and feeling happy. So I know it’s not always easy, but don’t ever give up, it is so worth every second and you are worth the mental work this takes.

Most of all enjoy the ride, never give up because I promise you, you will receive everything you want if you persevere and keep reading these amazing stories. Also, do something every day to stay inspired, happy & grateful. I kept a gratitude journal, read stories on this website and kept listening to and watching The Secret movie. And all my dreams have come true and I have more to come I know. I feel like the luckiest person on earth. Don’t doubt. Don’t delay. When you get that instinct, act, and never ever give up. Keep trying and you will get it soon enough. It really is easy once you understand how it works.
