First of all, thank you from the core of my heart to the team of The Secret.

I was really annoyed by my irregular periods. They were really heavy, so heavy that I had to miss my classes and stay at home for all 5 days. There were times when it extended for like, 15 days! My gynecologist said it was due to a hormonal imbalance, and nothing else. There was no clue of any disease but I was super frustrated. Imagine spending 10 to 12 days every month in bed? This also resulted in me having a low hemoglobin count and the medicine for that was not working.

Then I read The Secret and every day before going to bed and after waking up, I recited my affirmation. I said happy things and thanked God for a happy and healthy life. I imagined a healthy body and thanked each part of my body for giving me immense happiness. I felt healthy, and I felt so grateful for each and every part of my body.

And it worked! It was a miracle! Suddenly, my heavy periods started to become lighter and lighter and they also became more and more regular. And all of this happened without taking any medicine. I suddenly realized how important it was to send love to my body.
