I have been a very peculiar person for as long as I am aware off. Suffered from severe insecurity, irrational fears and some damaging characteristics. This resulted in abusive behaviors such as, eating disorders and drinking. I have been having digestive issues as a result of this.

Things took a turn for the worse when I lost my parents back to back last year. I felt like I did not even want to live anymore. I spiraled downhill and drowned myself in more destructive behaviors.

Then in February this year I developed severe breathing problems and an intense tightness in and around my throat and chest. I was diagnosed with GERD.

I hated myself for doing this to myself and decided that I have to take control of my health somehow.

My friend from Australia, suggested I read The Secret. I did and my life has not been the same.

I manifested health and I have been completed healed and threw away all the medicines I had been given. I decided to heal myself from within as well. In just a month my personality has changed. I went from a pessimistic, self destructive, manic depressive person into a positive, fearless go getter and my health is better than ever.
