IndiaSorry that my English is not good. The Secret showed what is possible.
When I was a kid I always wished there was real magic in this world. I dreamed of a beautiful place where there are plants, animals, trees, rivers, and loving and beautiful people. Then The Secret showed me it’s possible.
I would like to share what I learned during my journey. I was a negative thinker and initially, I was not able to practice the teachings of The Secret because my negativity was really strong. This is what I learned and I hope this will help my friends too.
We have to first weed out the negative things and thoughts and then replace them with positive things and thoughts, like planting things in good soil.
1. Whenever my negative thinking is strong I write down everything, every detail, whatever emotion I have, be it shame or guilt, onto paper. Then I feel that emotion and then burn the paper, praying to the Universe to release that emotion from my mind.
2. Pranayama or breathing exercise.
3. A good workout, as it will release good hormones and makes me feel better.
4. Take a shower. It has a relaxing effect and I imagine that it takes away bad vibes and makes me feel fresh and rejuvenated.
5. A 5-minute meditation to stabilize the mind.
6. Finally I do all The Secret practices like feeling good, visualizing what I want, being grateful, and feeling happy.
