This is what happened to me three days ago and I want to share it with you!!

I’m in love with a guy for over a year now, he currently has a girlfriend, so I am staying away, but love him anyways.

It’s now April, and I had met him once sometime before Christmas and after that, it was ten days ago, April 6th, right on my birthday. Somehow, we managed to spend it together without having planned anything like that, I do not even have his number. Coincidence? Don’t think so.

Well, last time it took us four months to meet again, so who knew when I would meet him again, right? We live in a small town and it is possible that we could run into each other.

On April 13th, exactly a week after my birthday, I went to a milonga (tango night) in a nearby city and returned on the bus at 2.30 a.m. That was The Magical Footsteps day doing my Magic Journal that I keep. During the day I had forgotten to say thank you for every step for a hundred steps, so I thought it was not too late to do that exercise now. As I got off the bus and started walking towards my car to get home I started saying my thank yous for every step. I was so happy that I had a great night and great dances at the milonga with great partners, so my thank yous were really heartfelt.

It was around 3.15 in the morning, only me walking in an empty town and I passed an open 24 hour coffee and sandwich shop on my way. As I was saying my thank yous, a stray dog started running towards me while barking, out of nowhere. That was quite a first for me as I love dogs and they usually adore me too. For that reason I was not really scared but I stepped back and headed for the coffee shop asking for some help. Two guys came out and held the dog, which was finally very friendly and we started petting it!!! After thanking them I continued my way and returned to doing my “thank you” steps, being truly thankful that these guys helped me in such a noble way with the dog!

So, about forty steps later while continuing to be thankful with each step, I heard someone calling my name. Yes, it was him. In an empty town, at an hour that nobody goes out at on that day of the week, we ran into each other!

The other thing is that I usually do not park my car in that spot when I take this bus, I had no idea where his house was and he had only moved into this neighbourhood a week ago, since my birthday! He had just parked his car in front of his house and was heading in when he saw me. So if it wasn’t the dog, or the guys, or the funny intuition I had to park there, I wouldn’t have met him, it was really only a matter of seconds in timing!!! In a town of 40.000 people, at 3.15 am, on a really quiet Wednesday, my thank you steps lead me straight to my crush! The Universe had calculated the exact time, haha!!!! I instantly became a strong believer of The Magical Footsteps!

I urge you all to do The Magic Journal!!!  If you are curious about what happened, we just talked for 2 minutes and then I headed to my car really, really excited and grateful! If we will ever be together, who knows? I am already just really thankful.
