Being Grateful Is The Key To Everything.
I was depressed for sometime after I moved to the US. It was hard to adjust to the environment and every day was a challenge for me. I tried to stay positive but the reality always would drag me down. I accidentally watched The Secret movie and was still doubtful of the existence of law of attraction. However, I was intrigued and decided to purchase other related books, including The Magic.
I started my practice of The Magic on Oct 1st. I began with writing down the things I was grateful for. At first, I felt I have to force myself to come up with 3 things that I was thankful for every day. As time went by, it felt easier and I feel happier. And more wonderful things started showing up after my mood switched. I had a surprise party on my birthday and I got the leather jacket that I wanted. I had my research published and one of my best friends decided to come visit me from China. I started to realize how lucky I am and how wonderful life is! Now I have lots of things that I am grateful for every day. If I have to write them all down in my journal, it would be a long list of events.
