This is my first time sharing a story here. My sister introduced me to The Secret about 5 years ago but back then I just read it as a book and I did not even try to implement it into my life.

Last year the placement scenario in our college was really bad, particularly for our branch. I was so worried that I might not even get a job. Because of my anxiety, I decided to give The Secret another try. This time I started reading The Magic and I must say it changed the way I looked at people and things and in life in general. Every night, before going to bed, I used to read a chapter from The Magic and write in my gratitude journal. I could feel myself becoming happier day by day.

So, after a few days, we got the notification on our portal that our branch was eligible to apply for this particular company that was going to visit our campus in about a week. I applied through the portal and every night I used to write how grateful I was for getting this opportunity to apply for this company. Finally, ‘D Day’ came. I knew that I was not well prepared for the online test but fortunately for me, the company changed its test format from the previous years and this was something that no one was aware of beforehand. Many students had been targeting this company and were preparing for it accordingly but the surprise change in the test format worked in my favor, as now, everyone was on the same level. After the test, I had this feeling that I have performed well in the test and I would be among the shortlisted candidates. That night I again wrote in my gratitude journal and expressed how thankful I was that I even got the opportunity to appear for the test.

The next morning the test results were out and I was indeed among the shortlisted candidates. The interview process followed and I felt like I had messed up my first interview but I kept thanking the Universe for this opportunity.

To my utter surprise, I made it to the next round of interviews. Two more interviews followed and I finally got the offer!!! I was ecstatic. I later noticed that I had always wanted to be placed before August ended and I actually was! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am currently going through an off campus interview process for one of the tech giants and I really wish to get into this one.

I truly am grateful to and for The Magic and The Secret. I sincerely thank Ms. Rhonda Byrne for bringing the knowledge of The Secret to the world. I hope all of you get whatever you dream of. Magic dust to everyone!
