My goal was to place in a top MNC with a very good salary and benefits package. As I am a student of Computer Science, I wanted to be placed in a top software company. I was working hard to be perfect in coding because the top companies will hire you based on your programming skills. If you have an internship in a good company then it will be much easier to get a job.

JPMorgan put out an internship offer for third and also for fourth year students with a 1 lakh stipend. I believed strongly that I was going get that internship even though I was not at the top in coding and did not have any projects in my resume.

Then, just 4 days later they conducted a coding competition, and guess what? I had been selected!! After that, they conducted a technical round and an hour round. Though I am not part of any great hackathons and projects like my friends were, I was still selected for the internship!

I am so very happy and my family and friends are treating me like a hero. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much to the Universe.
