Gained Weight And Wisdom!
Hey, so this is for anyone struggling with the law of attraction, gaining or losing weight. I have struggled with the particular goal of gaining weight for 2 years already. I’d go on social media and see these beautiful, curvaceous models and I’d feel somewhat envious with how I’d gotten so skinny and they were so voluptuous. To my surprise, all I had to do was let go of the need to have this happen. And to stop thinking about it in the past as if it would fix any situations I have now, because the past has already happened and I am in the present.
I thought of everything in the present, visualized in the first person, and stopped myself when I was being body conscious.
I have gone from the 108 lbs I was in February to the 120 lbs that I was at the beginning of Spring Break in March. It is after Spring Break of March 2017 and I am proud to say I am now 132 lbs. I have a fuller, pear shaped lower body. I have grown 2 cup sizes and still have the same waist and flat stomach.
I thank Rhonda Byrnes and her team for this simple technique to get to any goal. The LOA to me is now pretty much common sense.
