One of the most interesting moments of my life that I’d like to share occurred in 2014 while working in China for a Siemens Products distribution company as a procurement officer. My boss was also a good friend, and life was going well with many connections and friends. However, I found myself in a situation where I placed an order costing about half a million dollars with my friend’s company in India, my hometown, and paid him a substantial advance.

Although he delivered some products initially, he eventually stopped responding, revealing his intention not to return the company’s money or deliver the remaining products. Consequently, my boss had no choice but to ask me to leave my job and the apartment where I was residing. In an instant, I became homeless on the streets of Shanghai.

Despite having friends who could help me, I was reluctant to ask for favors and had to survive on the streets with all my belongings. A friend kindly allowed me to store my possessions in his small rented room and offered me a temporary place to stay. However, I soon realized he was not really comfortable with the arrangement, prompting me to leave and actively search for a solution.

I had no money for food to eat during the daytime, and as a result, I lost 6 kg in weight in just 25 days. I spent days sitting in Starbucks and spent nights on the chairs outside Starbucks and occasionally visited nightclubs where, as a promoter, I had free entry and a few complimentary drinks and snacks. Leveraging their WiFi for work, I maintained a calm and positive mindset and began seeking other major vendors who could fulfill large orders without requiring an advance, based on Letter of Credit payment terms. Eventually, I identified two significant suppliers, one in Malaysia and the other in Mumbai, and connected with them and they were ready to deliver all products on time.

I had a strong intuition that things would improve very soon. Now I faced the significant task of informing my boss about potential new vendors, offering an opportunity to place a substantial order, and recovering from our previous losses. Summoning courage, I called her, and after she answered, she unexpectedly inquired about my well-being, residence, and activities. I fibbed, stating I was well and living with a friend, but she sensed my deception, understanding my precarious living situation, and financial struggles for even basic needs.

Despite my challenges, I shared information about the two new suppliers, shocking her that I had continued working for her under such difficult circumstances. After I provided all the necessary details, she initiated the order process. Within three days, she called, advising me to find a suitable apartment and to start working officially. The next day, I moved into an apartment, initially considering finding a permanent place once I received my salary. Not only did she pay me for three months, but she also covered three months of my rent.

The most remarkable turn of events occurred when, after completing the order, she offered me a small percentage in partnership, surpassing my previous salary. I enthusiastically embraced the opportunity, and everything started improving beyond my expectations.

From the bottom of my heart, I feel incredibly blessed, fortunate, and a miraculous presence on this planet. Since watching The Secret in 2012, my mindset underwent a profoundly positive transformation, aligning my desires with the Universe’s conspiring forces. It is a testament to the truth that “When you desire something, the entire Universe conspires to make your desire come true quickly.” This is a matter of faith, belief systems, and intuition power.
