I am so grateful to have discovered the film & book of The Secret. Rhonda and the team of The Secret are truly inspired and this changed the life of myself and my beloved Family.

I was born and raise from an upper class family. Until 2008, my dad’s business didn’t go well. There was this night he came home early with my mom, and got me and my two brothers into the study room. He told us that they have all this debt from few banks and the worse thing is he had debt from the “Loan shark”. Let’s put it this way, the total debt from his company from the bank & loan shark was approximately 3 million dollars..

He was crying and told us that he was sorry but he can’t support us and the house anymore, that he needed to run away with my mum, he will put us with relatives that can afford our education.

It was the darkest day of my life, I’m sure for the rest of my family too. That night, I was crying and kept praying to the Lord to save my family. I do not want my family to be apart and I do not want my parents to leave us.

The next morning, dad’s friend came by to gave him advise to not run away and to stay with the family and the business. My mum and dad did change their mind, and they stayed with us, but the debt and problems were still there.

The following week, I found a film that my dad kept , ” The Secret “, and I asked him what is this film about? He said it’s from one of his friend that lend it to him, and he didn’t have time to watch it. So I play the film, and it changed my Life.

I learned all the positive thinking, teaching & practice from the film and book (I bought it later on). I start to Visualize that we have the good life again. I told my parents about this and I even taught them to start to have this practice as well. THINK POSITIVE, think what you want, keep away things that you do not want. They felt more relief after meditation that was taught from the book. And my dad started to read The Secret after me 🙂

Things did changed. In a few months time, the business was back on track again, but the 3 million dollar debt took more time. It took only 2 years for my dad to clear all the debt.

Now he is debt free. We had our life back, no debt, the family is more united..but there surely is one more thing we learned from this, we know how to appreciate and be thankful of what we have now.

I am very grateful that God save my family, and also The Secret for the wonderful teaching.
