Yeah, it all started with The Secret and since I first read that eye opening book I have managed to get books and materials from some of the teachers, who were in The Secret book or movie. However, whenever I need a quick fix of positivity, I always come back to this site to read the wonderful Secret Stories. This is my second story here.

The Secret lead me to The Attractor Factor by Joe Vitale. As usual, whenever I read these books, I make notes. Since I was reading this book in the PDF format, I utilized the edit features and completed each task from the book outline. I wrote my list of wishes, dreams, etc., exactly how Mr Vitale instructed me to do. I typed that I wanted to travel the world. I typed my dream salary. I typed that I would like to still be in education. I even typed that each country I visit, I will live and work for a time, not just be a tourist. To me, each wish was unrelated. I wrote them using the “I am happy and grateful…” format. I did a couple days of the Gratitude Journal. I read a couple of The Secret Stories. You know, all the things mentioned in The Secret series.

But the truth is I was not really serious, the book says to dream big, so I wrote everything as big as I believed at that time. For my little Caribbean country, what I wrote was humongous. Those things were not possible at all without hard work and going back to school. In fact, after a few days and the stresses of real life intruded and I forgot about it. My computer even crashed and the book and all I wrote was wiped clean. Well life happens.

Recently an image of that same book jumped in my mind 18 months later. I was shocked to realize that everything I wrote came through. It was even uncanny how down to the very last detail was included and tied together.

Right now am living in Asia. I am a government worker in the education sector, earning the same salary I thought was impossible at the time. I had no clue this was even possible. To top it off, all my expenses were paid and an apartment ready for me before I got here.

How did this happen?

Three months after I wrote my desires I went online and saw an advertisement for a program that I never heard of before. I applied and got accepted. After much research I discovered that this program has been around for nearly 30 years and is most reputable.

This is what I learned: Dream bigger always. Allow God to send the best option possible. Always write down your dreams, even if the paper gets lost, it will come through. You don’t have to always be mulling over your wish list for it to come through. It may take time but your dreams will come through right on time when it’s the right time, no need to worry.
