I am so happy and grateful to have read The Secret teachings. I read it about 6 years ago and my life has been getting better ever since. I felt the changes instantly in my surroundings and myself and it really felt like magic! I do keep going back and forth at times as I got used to practicing the teachings. Gratitude has gotten into my system but sometimes I forget to feel it. Nonetheless, the power of faith and gratitude never fails. There is absolutely no other way so believe in your wishes and feel grateful.

Some time back I wrote my story even before it actually happened, of how I attracted my new job with a fantastic pay of Rs.1,000,000. Let me tell you, I was making Rs.520,000 plus benefits at the time. So while writing, I committed myself to the emotion of feeling good as much as I could. I was really struggling financially and emotionally and was on the verge of becoming jobless in a month. I had no job offer in the queue and had a huge home loan and an ailing mother in law. Applying for jobs had become my job and I was doing that day and night. But you know, the Universe and God are so loving and kind, they were always taking care of me and working things out in the background.

I was so relieved to get a call for a job just 2 weeks before being jobless. The offer letter came 4 days prior to my last day in the previous company but it offered less money than I had wished for, even after negotiating thoroughly with the HR. However, I did feel down as I knew that the Universe and God knew better.

I started in the last week of August and technically I did not stand a chance to be appraised based on my work delivery of only 15 days to a month. But the higher powers are above all, I believed in that.

To make it brief, there was a change in the HR policy. Just before I joined, they made a change in the joining date for appraisal criteria, from June to August. I was really amazed! Faith can move mountains and this was just a small HR policy that made me eligible for appraisal and a bonus too! I was smiling ear to ear and still am, even while I write this experience. It felt surreal.

Anyways, I received my appraisal and bonus after just 2 months of joining and my new salary CTC became Rs. 910,000 lacs, just a few thousand short of what I had written. But does that make me unhappy? Hell no!!!!! I am super happy and thankful to God and the Universe. I’m still in awe as to how everything happened for me to receive what I had wanted and wished for.

I am immensely grateful to the whole team, the followers who share their inspiring stories and to myself, too, for keeping up with the teachings and making my life more and more magical, wonderful, happier and blissful with each passing day.
