To start with, I was a very negative person all my life. Most of the time, negative things would happen to me as a result of my negative thoughts. I went through a very rough phase in my life before I came across The Secret book. I had actually read it 4 years before but I had never paid attention to it or used it.

This time, I read it again and started practicing positive affirmations, being grateful, and having positive thoughts. I created a vision board. I planned to move to London to be near my husband after the rough times we had gone through. I wished to be in the UK with my husband on a certain date but it did not happen and I was disappointed. I still kept believing that I would be with my husband soon.

My visa came when I just let it go and stopped focusing on it. Once my visa came, I visualized and believed I would be in the UK before the 30th of June and that I would celebrate my birthday with my husband on the 10th of July.

Things went by so smoothly! In 2 days I got my passport, I booked my tickets for the UK at a very reasonable price plus I got a place to do my quarantine. I left for the UK on the 28th of June and I was in the UK on the 29th of June. My quarantine would end exactly on my birthday and I got to celebrate it with my husband!
