So, a while back, I submitted a few stories about my boyfriend. Unfortunately, it didn’t last with him, but I accepted it because I wasn’t in love with him.

So, for school, I am studying abroad in Paris, and I have decided to try to meet someone. I was going to Paris, and I met this really great guy, and we started talking for two months before we left. When we finally met up in Paris, our first date was great. I always wrote ten things I was grateful for about him every day so I wouldn’t gain any negative feelings towards him. He was a true gentleman and had all of the qualities I wanted in a guy from my list. Unfortunately, during the first week of dating, something happened when I stayed over, and things did not turn out well. I made a few mistakes.

So, I wrote more gratitude lists from The Magic and even though the situation seemed bad, he was not upset about it. He was still kind and understanding, and this was because of The Magic.

So then, one morning, I woke up and saw a long message from him saying that he thought that someone else would be better for me because of a slight age difference. Also, I made a few mistakes along the way, and he felt that was due to my age. There was a a four year difference in our ages, but he was everything I was looking for. I basically was upset, but I still applied The Magic every day, writing gratitude lists about the situation, and making a vision board of him coming back in a month. I kept telling myself and believing in my heart that he would come back. Luckily, he said we could still be friends, and if I needed anything, I could ask him.

So, during the breakup, I told him that I wanted a second chance, and I left it at that. Previously, I made a vision board of us spending Valentine’s Day together, and it was two weeks before Valentine’s Day. We did not spend it together, but he did come back in a month’s time! Because I believed and knew that he would. I just kept believing that he would come back to me. He messaged me saying how he thought about the second chance, and how much he did miss me, and so for the rest of my time in Paris, we stayed together! Our relationship went up from there, and it kept getting better!

I am so grateful to The Magic! Gratitude brings clarity, happiness, and patience. Never give up, no matter what the appearances are. Life just might surprise you!
