My Dreams Started Coming True!

I had been introduced to ”The Secret” in a very unique way. I had bought an iPod on my birthday and a promotional audio of The Secret came already installed inside it.

One night I came from work and I started listening to the music> My iPod shuffled the songs and it start playing something I had never heard before! At that time I had no idea what it was but I liked it. In the morning I searched The Secret title on Google and then I came across a book. I put this book on hold at my public library and it took me 3 months to finally get the book. I started reading it and then immediately start using The Secret in my life.

I was a foreign worker at that time and I had my work permit extension in progress. My work permit was going to expire in 4 days. I had my labour market opening application in process but I didn’t hear anything from the HRSDC dept. When I called them to find out why it was taking so long for my application to process, what they told me was completely shocking. They didn’t have my file! An agent asked me for a fax or letter confirmation. Luckily I had that and after sending the confirmation, they said they can’t say anything. They said that I will not be able to get a labour market opinion for another 3 months and to extend my work permit I had to have a positive labor market opinion. So, I started imaging the copy of my work permit and updating my work records.

Within 2 days they faxed me the positive labour market opinion! It was really a big thing for me! Then one by one, my dreams started to become my reality. Now I am a permanent resident of Canada and I am married to the love of my life. We just had a big wedding and we are planning our future life together. I use gratitude a lot in every day life and it works.

Thank a million to the Rhonda Byrne and The Secret team for introducing The Secret to millions of  people. Now I am reading the book ‘Hero’ . I read The Secret over and over and  every time I read it, I learn something new. I also watched The Secret movie few times. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
