Dear Believers,

I want to start telling my story by thanking all those that shared their stories on this website. It feels good to know that there are others’ out there trying to change their world.

I was a person that could never accept good things happening in my life without doubting my luck. All my relationships started out beautifully because I believed in love, but ended because of my pessimism. I did not understand this till February 25th, 2010. That’s the day my boyfriend ended a year and a half long relationship with me. It hurt like hell. But after crying that day, the next day I realized that I had been thinking that our relationship would not work out for the past 6 months. I had no faith in my love, in his love, in us being together for the rest of our lives. And I was going to break up with him out of anger that very same day. He just beat me to it. All my negativity attracted the break up.

My entire life changed from the 26th of February. My girlfriend told me to read The Secret (which by the way, I was gifted by another friend in 2007 for my birthday, and never read it). She had been reading it and told me to understand how a positive outlook can change my view on the whole thing.

Long story short, I read it, made a vision board of all that I want, started being grateful for all that I had in my life and for what I wanted, and everything I wanted included my boyfriend as a part of it. I realized how much I loved him and realized how much I wanted to share every happy moment in my life with him. I asked the universe to give me another chance with him and truly believed that we would be together again.

And it worked. He came back in exactly 49 days, in exactly the way I imagined, and we are more in love than before. I love my life and have this feeling of power that I can get everything I want. A dream job, dream house, dream life, with the best man in the world.

I admit it wasn’t easy. I had my moments of doubt and insecurity. But every time I felt bad, I read stories shared by others on the website and changed my outlook into a positive one, and was grateful for this support.

So my only advice to all those that will read my story is – believe in what you want, be patient, and you WILL get everything you ever dreamed off.
