There was a house I really wanted to buy in a certain area but it was impossible for me to buy as I did not have that much money. I called all the agencies and went to see all the houses in that area. I believed that house was going to be mine. I dreamed of myself there.

A couple of months later we needed to get a new place to rent so I thought it would be a good start to rent a house in that area before buying one, even though I thought that the rentals were also really expensive. I went there and saw the house I really wanted and I made my offer. The owner accepted. I told the agency I would let them know in a week. I had to find enough cash to pay for that place.

Then there was a job idea that came to my mind. I also had an idea about how to apply for the job. One week later I received a phone call from that job and they offered me an amazing opportunity. They gave me cash upfront to do the job. I paid the house rental for 1 year and started my amazing life.
