I am from Hyderabad, India, and happily married with one beautiful daughter. I have everything all because of The Secret and I am truly grateful for that. However, post pregnancy I had gained almost 20 kg and had been struggling with losing the extra weight for almost 5 years.

Believe me guys, all I did was walk between 5 and 10 km per day and a few simple changes in my routine. I had done this same thing and many other things before but nothing worked out. I think because I used to do gym workouts or some other things that I never enjoyed doing.
