About two years ago I read The Secret book and I was really skeptical about it. However, I decided I would give it a try and what happened really amazes me even to this day.

My family and I moved from my hometown to another city when I was little and we had to sell our old house to buy another one in the new city we were going to live in. The person who bought our old house paid the first two or three months and then she stopped paying. My parents decided to put this situation in a lawyer’s hands and ten years passed. At the end, my parents won the demand but the lady didn’t want to leave the house. She threatened us by saying she would burn it down, tear down the walls, etc. She was really aggressive.

It was during that time that I got to know about The Secret and decided to visualize that she had left the house and it was all in perfect condition. I used to do this every day and every time I did I would thank God for having our house back in good condition.

Something really weird happened during those visualizations. I closed my eyes and in my mind visited the whole house as I remembered it and I saw it empty and in good shape. But, when I “entered” into my parents room I saw a bed there and even though I tried hard, I could not see the room empty! It was really crazy.

When the house was finally unoccupied, my mom and my brother traveled to our hometown to get the keys and to check to see if everything was okay. I awkwardly asked my brother to please send me some pictures of the house to check to see what my parent’s room looked like now. When he sent me the pictures, the house was empty and in perfect condition just as I had visualized, and guess what? Yeah! There was a bed in my parents room!!

I wanted to share my crazy story with you to tell you that yes, it does work! And that somehow our subconscious connects in the process with the reality and even though sometimes it’s crazy, like in this case, it happens! You don’t need to understand it, just believe that faith moves mountains, and it will and does. Thank you!
