Confirmation anyhow

Nairobi, KenyaAm a 37 years old mother of two and living life to the fullest.
First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the Creator of the Universe, God, for his faithfulness and love.
I got a job at a flower company after losing another one in a multinational last July. My appointment letter said I would be on probation for 6 months up to December 2011. December came and passed but there was no confirmation or evaluation. I approached my line manager for my confirmation letter and he arranged for a meeting with the probation review board.
At the meeting the atmosphere was not very pleasant and there was every insinuation that he (line manager) was planning to delay or even extend my probation. He later told me that the letter was just paper and that probation could even extend to 1 year. A friend of mine I had introduced to the company after me was confirmed and got a salary review before me.
I refused to accept the line manager’s report and kept on visualising receiving my confirmation letter with my salary reviewed to double what I was getting currently.
I have been confirmed and my salary reviewed exactly as I had visualised.
Glory to Jesus.
