Recently I came across the book, The Secret, and I ordered it and started reading. It was through my coach in trading who sent a video with Napoleon Hill that led me to the book.

Trading is something I love to do, and my biggest wish is to become successful in it so that I can help other people to have a better life. I am doing this in my current position, but I would like to help in another way.

Before I read the book, I did not feel good at all, even though I have a healthy family, we both have good jobs and earn good money, our son is growing and is in the beginning of his life. But I did not feel happy and it was bothering me. So as I read the book, more and more came clear to me. Suddenly I had an explanation for everything – it’s all in your mind. My God! What a moment, what an experience I had. From that moment it changed my life completely, just in an afternoon!

In 1998 when the internet was very fresh here, my wife and I found each other half way across the world. She lived in Rio de Janeiro and I lived in the north of Sweden. I wanted to go there, but had no money. Suddenly it all fell in my hands and I was able to go there. We have now been married for 11 years.

2001, we saw the house of our dreams and it was going on auction. We went to the auction, no one bid on the house except us. We still live in it.

2007, we had been trying to have kids for 10 years without success; trying different methods but none of them were working. We decided to stop trying and let nature take care of it. We now have the most beautiful boy who is 3 years old.

I could continue with stories like that, but when I read the book I finally understood why these things happened to us. I have in my past thought a lot of negative thoughts like, ”It’s not going to work,” or, ”It’s not going to happen,” and now I know why things did not work for me. Now I am just embracing my new life and every morning I start by thanking for everything I have, and before I go to sleep I am also thanking for a wonderful day, and if something was not good, I filter it out.

To you Miss Rhonda Byrne, I owe the biggest thank you for writing the book and changing my life.
