I bought the book last year upon the suggestion of a friend, but I wasn’t able to read it and gave it to another friend. Instead, I just watched the DVD of The Secret when somebody gave it to me as a gift. And then I realized that what happened to me in 2006 was all about THE SECRET.

In April 2006, I was able to free myself of all negative feelings I had with my career, business, and family with the help of a spiritual guide. After the process of letting go, I started to appreciate myself, as well as the family and the business situation I am into. Since then, I became more excited going to the salon to which I ran for the past 10 years. Business took off and my appointment logbook getting filled up almost every day. My business ran smoothly as I put my energy and focus into it. And in December 2007, my father had a mild heart attack and we had to rush him to the hospital early in the morning… I realized I attracted even the fears that I had. But with so much faith, my father made it, and he is given another lease on life. That was the happiest Christmas ever, my father’s gift of life.

I believed that there would be something good happening to me, I just did not know what it was. Every day, I focused on my thoughts of putting up a new branch of my salon. I knew that I would be able to do it, I just didn’t know what, when, and how I would be able to, but I knew the heavens would hear my plea. I knew that I was ready to operate a 2nd branch. I got the surprise of my life in May 2008, when I found a place to set up my new branch. Lease agreements went well and I was able to open up my new salon 3 weeks after I found the place.

The Secret is working well with me, and I am looking forward to attracting great things into my life, including that of finding a lifetime partner.
