Bought The House That Was On My Wish List!

Each time I am always so wonderfully surprised by the Universe. In 2014, I made a dream list of everything from health, career, finances and material goods. One of my biggest dreams was to jointly purchase a 3 to 4 bedroom house with my husband in zone 4 in London, close to the station. I wanted it to have a garden, be very spacious, have 2 bathrooms and to be in a close knit neighbourhood.
Fast forward 4 years. I had forgotten about the list at this point but myself and my husband were house hunting. It was beginning to look pretty dire as property prices in London are extortionate and we were beginning to consider the suburbs. Then out of the blue, our Estate agent tells us about a group viewing for a property in an up and coming area in North London. We fell in love with the house when we saw it but we decided not to bother placing an offer as it was on the higher end of our budget and we knew the other property developers who viewed it with us would push the price up with their bidding.
The next day the Estate agent rang us and said that the sellers wanted to sell to me and my husband specifically, as we were a young couple and they were willing to wait for 2 weeks when we could be approved for our mortgage and we could make an offer. So that was what we did. Our mortgage was approved and we made an offer which they accepted!
After our offer was accepted, I was rifling through some documents and found my dream list that I had written 4 years ago and lo and behold, most of the criteria on the list was met for the house. I started crying tears of joy at this miracle because I knew this house was ours. Another obstacle we had faced was that we had to pay an additional £20K stamp duty due to my second property in South London but the Universe has done its magic again and that challenge has been overcome.
I would encourage everyone to make a dream list of everything you want in life. I am trying to make it a habit to bring it out periodically and give thanks for already receiving my wish. Thank you Universe for loving us and caring for us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
