Two years ago I had a life which was so beautiful, so amazing, the sort of life every teenager dreams of. I was very popular in school and had the most amazing friends. Even academically, I was among the top 3 students in my class (in India this is considered very important). I was also dating the hottest guy in our class, who was everything I always dreamed of and more.

But life took a U-turn. I started thinking negative thoughts. I feared losing everything I had. I stopped thinking of the good I had and focused on all the bad. Guess what, the universe said, ‘Your wish is my command’, and my popularity started dropping as I made new enemies, there were people saying all sorts of nasty stuff about me, and worst of all, I was betrayed by a person whom I thought to be a dear friend. My grades started slipping, and I started having problems with my boyfriend.

That’s when I came across The Secret. I read the book at least 50 times, so that the message could seep into my cells. I decided to put it to the test. I made it an intention to attract a cup of ice cream to me. I visualized myself enjoying ice cream. Nothing happened that day. But the very next day, one of my friends gifted me a whole tub of ice cream, for no real reason (as in my birthday or some occasion). I was so amazed and thrilled. I actually had tears in my eyes.

Now I have moved on to manifesting more significant things. I started visualizing myself getting back my old life. It was amazing the way my grades shot up again. I now have no trouble at all with my friends, and as for my ‘enemies’, I take time to bless them and look for the good in them. Amazingly, they have stooped troubling me and try to be friendly. Finally, even after all the fights, I fell more deeply in love with my boyfriend, and him with me. I also found a trusty friend in him.

I know more great things are on the way for me. I now truly know and believe that my power is unlimited. I express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to all behind The Secret, especially Rhonda Byrne.
