For more than a year I had my eye on a particular type of Birkenstock sandal but I found them to be too expensive. I really did not want to pay for it from my paycheque.

Last year in November, I was browsing through shopping deals as I was going on a road trip. I knew it was the right time to own a pair of Birks for the Aussie summer and I came across the kind of Birks I had been eyeing that was in stock in my city, and my size was available. But I was skeptical as I did not want to pay for them out of my paycheque!

It was around the same time I had just got on The Secret Super App and was practising my affirmations! I just took a chance with money affirmations and started practising sincerely!

On a Wednesday morning I got notification on the shopping deal app that there were only two pairs left in my size but for some reason I didn’t feel the urge to place an order, even though I wanted them so much! That same afternoon I got a message from my previous part time employer who I used to work for two years ago. He said said they had paid me incorrectly during my term and there was about $200 and change that they had to pay me as a credit and that it would be sent to my account in the next 3 to 5 business days!

I was shocked! I could not believe I had manifested money into my account out of nowhere! Just like that! And the next morning I received an email from the superfunds saying they had deposited a credit amount of $180 into my account. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you so very much to the Universe!

It really felt like it happened so that I could pay for my Birks, and from out of my paycheque! But it was way better than I had imagined! The Universe loves to surprise us!

There were times I thought to myself about how silly it was of me to want something but not wanting to have to pay for it out of my paycheque, or, if something like that was even possible!

But hey, with Universe, anything is possible! You just have to ask and persist with it.
