The Best Night Of My Pretty Short Life!
Submitted by: Ilian Sanchez
Mexico City, MexicoI'm a 18 year old, young girl with a dreamy soul, deep love for Korean pop groups and ambitious goals for this life. Despite that I'm still growing up, I consider myself as a passionate woman who sees her future clearly.
First of all, I need to mention that I read The Secret when I was approximately 16 years old; I found the book in my mother’s room and took it just because I was a curious person.
Months passed by, and I totally forgot about The Secret. However, recently I “discovered” it again, and had an astonishing manifestation that proved to me the existence of the LOA.
A Korean boyband that I love, or should I say I’m “obsessed” with, announced a world tour during this year. The band was performing in 11 states of the USA and also Canada, but my country, Mexico, was not included. Nevertheless, I had a bright sensation deep inside of my heart, that I would be able to meet my boys on this tour. I waited as patiently as I could and kept on believing that the Universe is always listening to me. I even visualized myself standing in the middle of a crowd, watching the group members as they were saying hello to the public.
Due to the school exam period and my prom, I practically forgot about it.
Then I suddenly realized that the world tour was on the brink of finishing and there was no news about performances in other countries. Then, a week after I noticed this, a Mexican concert promotor announced the boyband had managed to extend their tour and would perform in my country on May 21st! Words were not enough to describe how glad and excited I was for my, apparently spontaneous, success.
Fortunately, I got a ticket in the specific section of the venue I was looking for! Then, I attended the concert and spent the most special, memorable three hours of my short lifetime; I danced, sang, screamed and even cried because I had been waiting for that moment to happen for almost two years. It was until a week had passed that while I was reading The Power, I found out that I was actually the one responsible for attracting that unique stage to my life.
Now, I can’t even explain how grateful I am with our Universe. I’m looking forward to achieving even bigger goals, but I’m pretty sure this is going to be one of the most unforgettable experiences for me.
Thank you so much, Rhonda Byrne, for contributing to many people’s happiness; otherwise, I wouldn’t had made this dream come true. And thank you from the bottom of my heart, my dear Universe! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
