I am trying very hard to turn my life around after a few disappointing relationships following the end of a marriage of almost 20 years. I see signs from the Universe that give me hope, but then I also get bogged down in negative thoughts and have trouble resurfacing.

I read The Secret last year for the first time and have reread it twice since then, focusing on extracts that I have highlighted. I have recently watched the film three times and also have The Secret Super App on my phone.
