I am a senior who took a huge leap of faith and made a big move with my husband 2 years ago. We moved from one corner of our country to the opposite. From the state of Washington to South Carolina. We absolutely love it! I am so happy here, I have not been this happy for years. Manifestations come easily, but I still love all the delightful surprises. I have found my ‘tribe’ with a Yoga teacher. I had never taken yoga before this but always wanted to! There is a wellness spa close by, and I am surrounded by like minded believers like me.

We visit Phoenix, Arizona twice a year. I highly anticipate it, and my energy runs high weeks before I get there. We have our daughter’s family there, and our wonderful grandkids! We joke that our daughter has a scientific mind. She works in a medical care center and deals with a lot of grieving families. The job is very intense but she handles it well. She listens to me and my beliefs and mostly agrees but does not ‘practice’ per se. Her mind is just ‘facts’ oriented. But every time I show up, little miracles start happening.

Last year, she and her husband were getting ready for their honeymoon in another country. She had reapplied for an update on her passport months and months before their departure date but it still had not arrived. She was in contact with the local office every day, and eventually, they told her that she could make an appointment to come into one of the offices and get her passport right away on that same day. The only office that had an open appointment was clear across the country but she took it anyway. She felt she had no choice as their honeymoon had taken a lot of planning, and they had worked hard to save the money for it. As she was getting ready to book a flight, I said to her, “Hold on just a second. Let’s just take a little pause here. I think we should check the mailbox again. Wouldn’t it be just awesome if someone came to the door right now, knocked on the door right now, and handed you a special delivery envelope with your passport in it?!”

Well, you guessed it! Knock, knock! The delivery guy was at the door, and he handed her a special delivery envelope with her passport in it! She was just floored, even I was floored! Talk about God showing up!

Just the other day she and her husband had an appointment to meet with some officials to receive a daycare grant and a home schooling grant for their special needs son. They had applied before with ‘so-so’ results. This time, they were awarded both, very much needed grants, above and beyond their expectations! You can imagine the tears that were shed! She now is going around telling family members that I am a good luck charm and she doubly loves it when I visit!
