I have many stories to share with everyone, but I have chosen this one particular story which is really closer to my heart and put me in amazement.

I am usually a slim built until I gave birth to my first child. I now have two kids and put on 25 more kilos in 8 years time. I was in heightening frustration and negative attitude since I couldn’t lose weight even though trying several methods.

In July 2013, I was compelled to buy this dress online and have ordered a bigger size. After 3 days I got an email saying that they can’t do the size I requested but they have the next lesser size available. I ordered it anyway but didn’t have a clue how I was going to fit into it. When the dress arrived in mail, I was eagerly trying it on and it didn’t fit. I decided to keep it as an inspiration to lose weight.

One year went by. In July 2014 I was introduced to The Secret by my friend. I had not read the book at this stage. I decided to join a body transformation course and joined in August 2014. I put down as my goal to wear that dress on 1st Nov 2014. I still had not read that book.

After 1 month of training, I didn’t have much improvement.

In October, I finally bought The Secret book and started applying the LOA from day 1.

On 31st Oct I told my trainer that I will be wearing that dress tomorrow and will send her the photo.

Guess what?

1st Nov 2014, I was wearing that dress and jumping in excitement. The Secret had worked!
