I want to express my gratitude to Rhonda and all the people who contributed to The Secret and the movie. Thanks to their work, I am now ready to change my life. For the past four years, I have frequently read the book and watched the movie, attempting to apply their teachings, but to no avail. However, since then I have now come to the realization that I already possess everything I need. I have so many stories to share, and they are among the best.

Ever since I was little, my biggest dream has been to become a celebrity. Whenever I mentioned it to someone, I would just get a smile and hear the response, “Everybody wants to be famous.” After reading “The Secret,” I put that dream aside. However, every time I watched a movie about American high schools, I found myself yearning to be there without even realizing that I was using “The Secret” at that moment.

At the beginning of this year, my parents asked me if I wanted to go to America for an exchange year. I was initially shocked and said no because I lacked confidence and was scared. However, I couldn’t stop thinking about what it would be like to live the American dream, and eventually, I decided to go. It turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made. I used “The Secret” to find a family, and everything I had wanted happened exactly as I had envisioned. I wanted certain things, and this is what I got:

1. They do not have any children.

2. They have a dog.

3. They have a house with a pool. Even better, they have a big house with a pool and a lake with a boat!

4. I wanted them to be similar to my parents. My host mom shares the same birthday as my mom, and my host dad’s birthday is only 10 days after my dad’s.

I’ve been living here for 3 months now, and I don’t want to go back to Germany. I’ve made so many friends here and I feel much better. I have more confidence, and I’ve been using the law of attraction every day, and it’s working! For example, I really wanted to find a cute boy at my school, but there weren’t many cute ones. Then, I used the law of attraction, and I realized that there was a really cute boy in my drawing class who was also a great artist and a footballer. Yesterday, he talked to me, and I was so happy, but I didn’t know his name. I was too scared to ask him, but then I remembered that there was a game that night, and if I knew his number, I could look up his name in the game program. School was already over, but I had a choir lesson that ended 30 minutes earlier than usual, so I decided to walk around the school. And then I saw him coming out of the building at that moment, and we said hello to each other. He introduced me to his friends and knew my name, even though I hadn’t told him my name, so I really think he likes me. Because of that, I knew his number, and at the game, I looked it up and sent him a message on Facebook.

Now I am working on something big. I want to become a celebrity, and every day I feel that it’s getting closer. I know that when I go back to Germany next year, I’ll be famous!
