I used to practice the law of attraction after reading The Secret but had given up a few months later because I did not see any results.

A few years later after I had given up, I was at the peak of my frustration. I wanted a new job so badly and a friend told me to start imagining what it feels like to have my dream job because the law of attraction works when you use your imagination. My friend also reminded me to be grateful and to feel it sincerely from my heart because without being truly grateful, I will not get anything from the Universe.

I started imagining my dream job every night before going to sleep and I went on with my usual life, reminding myself to concentrate on myself only.

One night, I was going through some job postings online and stumbled upon a job that was not my first choice. However, I applied for it anyway because I had the experience that was required to do that job. I did this without expecting the company to call me.

Then a few days later, I got a call from the company, and they told me that they have another unpublished opening for the position that I really wanted to do. They told me about this opening because they thought that I was a good fit for that position. I was so surprised and happy and of course, I applied for that position. I went for the interviews and then I waited.

A few days later, the company offer me that position with a higher salary and better benefits than I had expected and frankly, a lot more than I could have imagined! My manager is friendly and willing to guide me, and my teammates are friendly as well. We are all very motivated with our jobs and working together to achieve our goals. It is just like what I had imagined!

From that point onward, I fully understand that The Secret works only if we truly have faith in it and truly are grateful every single day, every single moment. I continue to use The Secret and practice all practices written in The Magic. I am grateful for everything I see despite challenges that come from time to time. I got a promotion a few months ago at an unexpected time and I really feel that the Universe is blessing me non-stop.

Now, I am more aware of what I am thinking, speaking, and doing every moment, and I continue to be grateful for everything. I am excited for each new day now because I know all my wishes will come true one day and I am grateful for being able to see how my life unfolds.
