Bali Is A Grateful Island.
Hello awesome Rhonda and The Secret.
I am really happy and grateful for your hard work so you can share all about The Secret with the people in our Universe!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Before I start I would like to tell you that I am your big fan. I liked all The Secret pages on Facebook, I follow The Secret on Twitter and The Secret Stories on www.thesecret.tv always motivate me. I have The Secret, The Power and The Magic books and now I am on my magical journey. Believe me, everything is amazing!
I am 24 year old Balinese women in Indonesia. I knew The Secret since 2 years ago and day by day I realized that The Secret is almost the same as my culture in Bali in the way our people are grateful for everything around us. Like for example, every 6 months we have a ceremony to give a thanks for trees in a ceremony we call tumpek uduh. For animals the ceremony is called tumpek kandang and for everything that makes our life more easy such as; knives, axes, TV, refrigerators, cars, motorbikes, bicycles, etc. The ceremony we call tumpek wariga and others ceremonies are for things like money, people, teachers, instruments, water, etc. The effect of all this gratitude from our culture, is seen by our life here in Bali, we are living a peaceful life!
You can see also how our people here behave even in really bad situations. For example if you see the movie “Long Road To The Heaven” where a terrorist bombed our place and the journalist interviewed our people and asked them what did they feel after terrorist bomb. Of course it effected tourism in Bali but they answered that “Everything is gonna be fine, a new hotel is going to be built soon and we will get new jobs! Naturally people here know how to behave even with a lot of negativity around them. And it was true, now Bali is back to normal!
Now I understand why Bali is so different from other places in Indonesia! I am so proud and feel blessed I was born in Bali!
Thanks Bali for beautiful places, people and culture!
