I firstly want to say thank you to Rhonda and those involved The Secret book and documentary, your insight has really inspired me! I had practised the law of attraction for years, and the most amazing thing happened before I even knew it existed!

Four years ago, I was sitting in a school assembly with my best friend when we heard an announcement that the school was holding a trip to the USA for those interested. My friend and I instantly knew we had to go, so we went to the student information meeting just to find out a little more. We were told we could go to California for 14 days, including staying with a host family for a week in San Diego and attend school with them for a day. We could also go to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, San Diego Zoo, San Francisco and all these other amazing places with meals, accommodation, tickets, travel fares and return flights for $6000 AUD. My friend and I thought that it would never happen, but we would both bring it up with our parents for a joke and see who would get the funniest response from them. Both of us were convinced they were going to say no for sure.

To our surprise, they both said yes! So we got around to organising passports, visas and spending money for us to go to California.

But to our shock, two days before our flight, I got mysteriously sick. Very mysteriously sick. My parents rushed me to the doctor to see what was wrong and to my disappointment, he concluded I was too sick to fly. Meaning my dream of flying to California was over. They did urgent blood tests to see what was wrong and we hoped for the best. This was on Wednesday. The doctors called me on Thursday night, asking me to come in to the doctors at 8 am on Friday morning to re-assess my health and condition to give a final answer as to whether I could fly. My flight was at 10:30 am on Friday morning!! So I packed my suitcase the night before and tried to stay as positive as I could. In the morning, I loaded my suitcase in the car and drove to the doctors. And guess what!

My mysterious sickness had disappeared completely and I got the all clear to fly!!

This miracle happened unintentionally, as I had not even read The Secret nor did I know about the law of attraction yet. So if I can attract the unlikely without even intentionally using the law of attraction, imagine what I and you can do with intention!!
