I went to a workshop over 40 years ago and I still remember this. Back in the days of writing cheques, for every cheque that I would fill out, I was encouraged to write on the back of the cheque, “For every £ I spend I enrich the economy I, therefore, expect it to return to me multiplied.”

When people would read it, it appeared to raise the energy around my money or my purchase. So many people would say to me, “You can’t write on a cheque.” I learned to challenge their false belief and I would often say, “Where does it say that I can’t?” That practice helped me to break down the conditioning I had created for myself, and opened up my limiting beliefs that I had attached to money.

Also, I still always carry a note of blessing in my purse or wallet, so that I can send out blessings with every purchase and service that I buy. I also carry ‘Thank you’ cards and stickers because sometimes you need to just say thank you!

Be free with your gratitude as it comes back to you in so many wonderful ways, and when you least expect it. Ask and you will receive, but make yourself open to receiving.
